Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Smarts Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Smarts Club hub at https://smarts.club and the central sign-in that products such as GSpeech may send you to. Child products may publish their own privacy pages for product-specific data (for example generated audio). This page covers Club identity and authentication.

1. Who controls your information?

Information gathered for Club authentication is controlled by:

2. What we collect for Club sign-in

• Account information you type: name, email, and a hashed password when you register with email.
• Facebook Login, when you choose it: the Facebook app-scoped user ID, name, and email. We use those only to authenticate you or to link Facebook to an account you already control.
• Profile image: we store a picture only if one is actually saved on your Club profile. The current Facebook Login path does not store a Facebook profile image.
• Cookies and dashboard sessions: HttpOnly session cookies for the Club hub and, when you continue into a product, a separate product session. We do not put session tokens or provider access tokens in URLs or page HTML.
• Technical data needed to run sign-in: IP address for rate limits, and short-lived hashed OAuth state / one-time codes.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to create and protect your Club identity, to let you sign into Club products, to confirm account linking when the same verified email already exists, and to keep sessions secure. We do not sell authentication data.

4. Retention

Club account and linked provider IDs stay until you disconnect the provider or we complete a deletion request. Short-lived OAuth state and one-time product codes expire in minutes. Dashboard sessions expire by idle and absolute limits. Product-specific content stays under that product’s own policy.

5. Sharing

We share identity data with a Club product only as needed to open that product’s own session after you sign in through Club. Payment processors and other product vendors are described on the product privacy pages. We do not sell authentication data.

6. Deletion and contact

You can request deletion on https://smarts.club/data-deletion or by emailing info@smarts.club. You do not need Facebook access to send that request. See also our Terms of Service.
