These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, are an agreement between you and Smarts Club LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for the Smarts Club hub at https://smarts.club and the central sign-in used by Club products.
Product-specific terms (for example GSpeech audio) live on that product’s own site. If those terms conflict with a product feature, the product page controls that feature. These Terms control Club identity, sessions, and the hub.
You may create a Club account with email and password, or continue with a supported provider such as Facebook Login. Facebook is attached only to the Facebook user ID issued to the Smarts Club app, or after you confirm an existing Club account. We do not merge accounts only because emails match.
You are responsible for the email and devices you use to sign in. Do not share your password. We may suspend an account that is blocked or abused.
Signing into a product through Club does not transfer ownership of that product’s data to another customer. Each product keeps its own dashboard session.
You may not attack the service, bypass authentication, or use another person’s account. We may refuse or end access if you do.
